Quiet Before the Storm

Storms are a source of inspiration for me. Certainly because of the similarities one can make with some events in life. Some storms are heralded by gusts of wind, others fall on us like hail, in a completely unpredictable way. Through the painting process, I was able to cope with some storms in my life, and believe that painting can be a form of art therapy that can help to the healing process.
